Celeste White went to school with Linda in KC. She is a wonderful writer of children’s books, novels, and she’s also a “found  object” sculpture artist. Her husband Richard is a geologist and has recently dedicated himself to help manage an alternative health clinic in Redding. This was a great visit after Tahoe where we saw some incredible natural architecture. Celeste and Richard have built two small houses in the property outside of their main home, and are getting ready to build her studio with a great view of the valley. They also got a solar panel array recently and that is capable of delivering the extra current to the city grid which will help them pay for the panels even quicker. Wonderful people. They took us for a swim on the Whiskey Reservoir. It rivaled our swimming adventure in Tahoe. At least it was a heck of a lot warmer!
